The brief introduction to Butterfly Valves
- By:Hebrew Trade
The butterfly valve, also known as the flap valve, has a simple structure. The butterfly valve's opening and closing mechanism is a disc-shaped butterfly plate that rotates around its own axis in the valve body to achieve the purpose of opening and closing or adjustment. Not only is the butterfly valve simple in structure, small in size, light in weight, low in material consumption, small in installation size, small in driving torque, and simple and fast in operation, but it also has good flow regulation and closing and sealing characteristics. It has evolved over the last ten years. Butterfly valves are very common. Butterfly valves can be used to control the flow of a variety of fluids, including air, water, steam, and corrosive media. Its primary function is to cut off and throttle the pipeline.
